In this clip I’m speaking about epigenetics and why it matters for the work I do in Family Constellations. What science is now observing is that life events leave marks that can ripple across generations. Something is being carried forward.
Mainstream science looks for purely material explanations. My own experience, echoed by my husband Rupert Sheldrake’s work on morphic resonance, suggests something more subtle is at play, a field of inherited patterns, memory, and belonging that shapes our lives beyond what genes alone can explain.
Family Constellations offer a way to see these inherited patterns, feel them, and allow revelation and healing where there has been repetition.
If this speaks to you, I invite you to join me in upcoming Family Constellations workshops, either online or in-person:
January 16-17-18 Online Family Constellations
April the 25 of May 1 In-person Family Constellations week in London
July 24-29 In-Person 5 Day Family Constellations, Hollyhock, BC, Canada
